In your first session, we’ll take time to talk about what has brought you to therapy, the concerns you’d like support with, and the goals you hope to work toward. We’ll also explore your background, life experiences, and the support network around you, so we have a clear picture of what’s important in your world. Together, we’ll discuss your needs, share information about how we work, and agree on next steps together, so you know what to expect moving forward.
