Our Services

At Envisage Psychology, we understand that life brings challenges that can sometimes feel overwhelming. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, low mood, loss, past trauma, or big changes in your life, therapy offers a safe, supportive space to explore your difficulties and develop strategies to move forward. We use evidence-based approaches tailored to your specific needs, with a focus on fostering resilience, hope, and lasting change.

  • Anxiety treatment. A colorful digital art composition featuring a yellow thumbs-down hand sculpture surrounded by various abstract shapes and objects.

    Anxiety

Anxiety can feel like your mind and body are stuck on high alert — constant worry, racing thoughts, panic attacks, phobias, or avoiding situations that feel too overwhelming, such as social situations or separation from loved ones. At Envisage Psychology, we support you to calm your body, challenge unhelpful thoughts, and build confidence in facing life’s challenges.

  • Depression treatment. Crushed yellow smiley face balloon on wet pavement with cars parked on street in background.

    Depression

Depression and mood disorders bring low energy, loss of motivation, and overwhelming feelings of sadness or hopelessness, which can make even simple tasks feel difficult. We work to lighten this weight by exploring patterns that keep you stuck, reconnecting you with activities and relationships that matter, and restoring balance, hope, energy, and joy.

  • Trauma treatment. Close-up of a weathered stone Buddha face sculpture with closed eyes and an open mouth, outdoors with a blurred green background.

    Trauma & PTSD

Trauma can leave lasting effects — flashbacks, hypervigilance, emotional numbing, or difficulties in relationships. We use trauma-informed approaches such as Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) and CBT to help you safely process painful experiences, reduce distress, and rebuild a sense of safety, trust, and connection.

    Major Life Transitions

Life changes such as retirement, redundancy, parenthood, separation, or loss of independence can bring emotional upheaval and identity shifts. Therapy offers a space to process these changes, strengthen resilience, and rediscover meaning and direction in the next stage of life.

  • Relationship support. Pile of yellow LEGO minifigure heads with various facial expressions.

    Relationship Difficulties

Relationship challenges — whether with partners, family, or colleagues — can cause stress, conflict, and disconnection. We help you develop healthier communication, manage conflict, and strengthen bonds, creating more supportive and fulfilling connections.

  • Pregnancy mental health support. A plush teddy bear hanging from a string, holding a small book, part of a mobile with other stuffed cloud and star-shaped figures in black, white, and striped patterns.

    Pregnancy & Postnatal Support

Pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood can bring emotional highs and lows. We support people experiencing anxiety, low mood, intrusive thoughts, and those navigating fertility difficulties or pregnancy loss. We help you manage emotions, build coping skills, and reconnect with yourself.

  • Grief and loss treatment. Black and white photo of a delicate flowering plant with several blossoms hanging on a stem, with a soft background.

    Grief & Loss

Grief and loss may follow the death of a loved one, relationship changes, or health challenges. These experiences can bring sadness, confusion, or numbness. At Envisage Psychology, we provide a supportive space to process your loss, honour your loved one or life change, and gently find new ways of coping while holding onto what matters most.

  • Addiction treatment. Close-up of a weathered chain with the sun setting in the background.

    Addiction

Addiction to alcohol, drugs, gambling, or other behaviours can take over daily life and relationships. Therapy focuses on understanding the role of addiction, identifying triggers, and building healthier coping skills. We support you to create lasting change and regain control, while addressing the underlying emotions and stressors that fuel addictive cycles.

  • Anger management treatment. Active volcano erupting with ash and smoke billowing from the summit, surrounded by clouds and rocky terrain.

    Anger Management

Anger is a natural emotion, but if it feels overwhelming or hard to control, it may affect relationships, work, and wellbeing. We help you explore the triggers behind anger, learn emotional regulation strategies, and develop constructive ways to express feelings so you can respond rather than react — creating space for healthier communication and connection.

    Behavioural Challenges

We work with families to address concerns such as school refusal, defiance, meltdowns, or difficulties with peers. Therapy involves both the child and caregivers, supporting emotional regulation, communication, and problem-solving. Our goal is to reduce conflict and strengthen relationships at home and school.

  • Obsessive compulsive disorder treatment. A set of domino tiles arranged in the shape of a cross on a dark surface, with letters OCD visible on the tiles.

    Obsessive–Compulsive Disorder

OCD can trap you in cycles of intrusive thoughts and repetitive behaviours that feel impossible to resist. At Envisage Psychology, we use evidence-based therapies such as Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) to reduce these patterns, restore a sense of control, and build confidence in living a freer life.

  • Four autumn leaves arranged in a row on a weathered wooden surface, varying in shape, color, and size.

    Autism

Autism can present unique strengths alongside challenges in social interaction, sensory processing, and adapting to change. Therapy supports skill-building in communication, emotional regulation, and daily life, while respecting strengths and individuality. We work collaboratively with families and schools to support wellbeing.

  • Blue jigsaw puzzle pieces scattered on a flat surface.

    ADHD

ADHD often brings challenges with focus, organisation, impulsivity, and restlessness, which can affect work, study, relationships, and self-esteem. Therapy provides strategies for planning, time management, and emotional regulation, while addressing the frustration, self-criticism, and rejection sensitivity that may accompany ADHD.

  • Brain injury treatment. A digital, iridescent, semi-transparent model of a human brain with pastel colors and a smooth, bubble-like texture.

    Brain Injury

Changes in memory, concentration, mood, or independence following a brain injury can significantly affect quality of life. Therapy provides strategies for adjustment, emotional regulation, and problem-solving, while supporting recovery and strengthening relationships.

    Suicidal Thoughts & Self-Harm

If you are struggling with suicidal thoughts or self-harm, therapy offers a compassionate, non-judgemental space to talk openly and safely. Together, we create safety plans, coping strategies, and pathways toward hope, helping you envisage a life that feels worth living.

A GP referral is not required to book an appointment. However, if you wish to claim a Medicare rebate, you will need to obtain a referral and Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP, psychiatrist or child’s pediatrician, before attending your first appointment.

Please note: To protect your privacy and avoid any conflicts of interest, we are unable to see you if a close friend or family member is already attending Envisage Psychology. If this applies to you, we encourage you to speak with your GP, who can recommend another trusted psychologist in your area.

Flexible Options: In-Clinic or Telehealth

At Envisage Psychology, we understand that everyone’s circumstances are different. That’s why we offer appointments both in our clinic and online via Telehealth.

  • In-clinic sessions give you the opportunity to meet face-to-face in a safe, welcoming environment.

  • Telehealth sessions allow you to access the same professional support from the comfort of your own home, workplace, or wherever you may be.

Whether you prefer the personal connection of visiting our clinic or the convenience of online therapy, we’ll work with you to find the option that best suits your needs.

Telehealth Psychology

Telehealth makes psychological support more accessible, flexible, and convenient. With Telehealth, all you need is a phone, tablet, or computer and a private space. Using secure video sessions, you can connect with your psychologist from the comfort of your own home, workplace, or even while travelling.

Why choose Telehealth?

  • Convenience and comfort – No travel time, parking, or waiting rooms.

  • Access from anywhere – Ideal for people living in rural, regional, or remote areas.

  • Flexible scheduling – Easier to fit into a busy day, including during work breaks.

  • Consistency of care – Keep appointments even when you are away, unwell, or unable to attend in person.

  • Evidence-based – Research shows Telehealth can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy for many mental health concerns.

We will not share your information without your consent, unless there is a risk of harm to yourself or others, and it is not practicable to do so, or unless a court subpoenas your records.
